Andrew developed a strong familiarity with the shipyard process during his many times stationed on submarines undergoing repairs. It was here that he learned how to best navigate the specific challenges that face an overhaul team. In his almost a decade since then he has held major roles on multiple maintenance periods covering everything from monthly maintenance scheduling to radiation hazard mitigation planning.

Elijah has experience with shipyards and drydocks first as a sailor, then as a contractor. He has coordinated multiple ship repair efforts on a wide variety of naval vessel platforms at multiple shipyards, occasionally simultaneously. The breadth of his experience includes everything from clearing cable routes to plotting, verifying, and enacting critical ship system isolations.
